JOB OVERVIEW

Seeking a motivated, persistent and personable individual to make cold calls to owners of real estate to find out if they would be interested in selling their buildings. To begin, you will be given a script explaining what to say to each person you call and briefly trained. You will be provided with a list of names and phone numbers and you will call each person on that list using the script so you can speak with them to determine if they would be interested in selling their buildings. After each conversation you will make notes about the outcome, indicating whether or not the person you spoke with seemed like they would consider selling their building. For every call you place that leads to the sale of a building, you will be given rewards/bonuses that increase depending on the outcome.
This job requires advanced conversational skills with a minimal accent because although you will have a script and instructions on what to say, you must be able to engage in conversation with each person you call and completely understand their responses so you know how they feel and can tell if they would be interested in selling their building. Other administrative tasks may be given, but this will be the main focus of the job and contains all the required skills: experience in making phone calls to solicit/gather information, MUST speak English with very minimal accent, knowledge of real estate terminology, basic Excel or data entry skills, etc.
