Ecommerce Operations Analyst (Amazon)

We're looking for an exceptional new E-commerce Operations Analyst to join our team. We are a leading US-based Amazon Marketing Agency that helps large consumer brands increase their revenue on Upgrade to see actual info and other eCommerce platforms, we’re ramping up hiring to keep pace with our rapid growth.

We are NOT looking to outsource a narrow scope of work like a traditional BPO role. We’re doing the opposite. We’re hiring for key positions throughout the Philippines to partner closely with our US-based account managers and leadership team.

Skills Requirements:

At least 1-2 yrs Amazon Seller Central experience, or other Amazon-related experience
PPC background (an advantage, but not necessarily)
Proficient in Excel and Gsheet (specifically Pivot table)
Advance research skills, Data Analysis, and Reporting skill with the ability to make data-driven recommendations
Results-driven, a self-starter, and resilient
Passionate about making sure things are done right and have a high attention to details
Resourceful and can work independently to able to troubleshoot and fix problems that arise when the unexpected happens
Flexible schedule with potential hours, including EST/CST

Job Responsibilities:

Full setup of Sponsored Brand and Sponsored Product campaigns including; keyword identification, budget setting, and bid adjustments.
Conduct daily checks of campaign performance to ensure that ACoS goals are being met and perform bi-weekly optimizations.
Provides ad hoc support for updating attributes on all listings. This could include updating the name of a child or parent ASIN, remapping parent/child relationships, or fixing product variations.
Performs daily routine checks of account performance within Seller and Vendor Central. This includes monitoring and handling any: Performance Notifications, Coupons, Campaigns, Price Alerts, Stranded Inventory alerts, and Inactive listings.


Technical Requirements:

Stable internet connection with at least 10mpbs speed
Back-up internet connection
