Amazon and Shopify store Manager

Job Description

We are currently looking for a full-time VA with the best results-driven e-commerce manager to manage Amazon, Shopify, and will streamline the Operations, greatly help in the company's maximum growth in online revenue, We treat our employees like family, and it is important for us to go together with a long way. The perfect candidate will be organized, enthusiastic about developing new skills, and fun to work with. We will assist you and train you wherever required and bring you up to speed on the skills required to perform daily tasks.

Responsibilities include but not limited to the following:
Expert with Amazon Seller Central, Shopify website Design and theme customization, eBay listing, an Etsy listing.
Expert with Amazon listing,
Manage and enhancing sales in our Amazon, Shopify accounts

Successful Candidates Should Have:
1. A minimum of 3 years of extensive experience in Amazon, Shopify, and/or other marketplaces.
2. Great attention to details, plus good written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
3. Experience doing different things on Amazon, Shopify, Facebook, Instagram, and other marketplaces – Adding new Products, write product descriptions, prices, handling orders, removing reviews, creating shipping plans, reconciliation of shipments, etc.
4. Handle emails, Help make sales
5. Must be able to manage the entire Amazon Seller account
6. Must be able to follow through with customer service and keeping customers happy.
1. Must keep spreadsheets of product research, orders, fees, and profits.
7. MS Excel skills, used Slack, Canva, and Asana

Compensation & Benefits:
1. Competitive salary+.
2. Flexible working hours
3. 13th Salary bonus.
4. First Salary review after 2 months, then a salary review every 6 months, depending on attendance and Quality of work.
5. 10% raise each year (On anniversary date).
6. Get paid biweekly
7. Two weeks of paid vacation per year
8. Paid national holidays.
