Full-Time General VA for Shopify, Klaviyo email marketing, Zipify, and Inbound/OutBound calls for Real Estate

Full-Time (Long-Term)

I am looking for a hardworking and responsible Virtual Assistant who can
provide administrative support to my E-Commerce Store and Real Estate Appraisal Business.

Duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Setting appointments
- Data Researching
- Extensive data entry
- Learning & managing an e-commerce site.
- Supporting client relations as well as online marketing (social media included).

Training will be provided for the right candidate.

Must be a quick learner, as you will have to research different programs and determine if and
how we can implement them into our businesses. You may be asked to make short videos to help
me and other team members use any new programs you’ve learned.

Must speak and type proficient English!!

Job Requirements:
- Quick Learner
- Proficient in English
- Must have some knowledge of WordPress operations, simple video editing, Google Docs,
SendOutCards, Blogging or anything else related to Real Estate or Social Media
marketing.
- MUST have previous experience in Pay Per Click Marketing, Facebook Ads, KLAVIYO, and/ or
some SEO work linked with marketing.
- Previous experience running an Amazon Business is strongly preferred, but not required.

*This is a full-time, 40-hour commitment each week. You will be expected to provide daily
reports of the work you’ve done each day. I am only interested in someone looking for long-term
employment and would like a chance to grow with our company. I am asking that the ideal
candidate does not have another job or school conflict that would interfere with this position.
