Digital Marketing manager

We are looking for a manager to help us create, deisgn, test, modify , and maintain our marketing funnels. We have a training program and we are looking for someone who is hungry and has enough base skills to develop out the rest of the marketing skills. The person is responsible for

Creating ad content
Creating FB ads and testing
Creating Landing pages
Creating upsell pages
Creating email campaigns
Creating Re-targeting campaigns
Creating collateral like graphics/pictures/ physical material/etc.
Hiring out parts of the funnel to get everything accomplished.
Manage the team that is assembled to execute our marketing funnels and hit the metrics for success.
create criteria for success for each team member.
Create job descriptions

Criteria for success
3-5x ROAS (return on ad spend) after you have went through the training program of 8-12 weeks.
