About the Company
We are a well-established Web Design and Marketing Agency located in Australia. We are after a PART TIME contractor who can manage social media and blogging actives and some general VA work, with possible opportunity to grow to full time in a very short timeframe. WE WILL NOT TAKE AGENCY WORKERS, WE ARE HIRING AN INDIVIDUAL WHO WANTS PART TIME CONTRACT EMPLOYMENT WITH OUR COMPANY.

About the role
Reporting directly to our Business Development Manager, you’ll work in all areas of our business developing and implementing our ‘lead generating’ social media and digital marketing content strategy. You’ll be assisting with weekly production of our digital content, which includes a weekly blog and social media engagement.

We also provide marketing services for our clients, so you’ll be responsible for developing ‘lead generating’ social media and digital marketing content for our clients’ businesses including social media posts, website copy, blog posts and lead magnets.
We are looking for someone very skilled in English who has a great command of the English language, and an ability to research and write blogs/content for any industry.

Also you must know how to write, schedule and produce social media content, in order to plan our posting schedules for our own internal uses, and for our clients.

Your role will be 25 hours per week on a set schedule (but when you start you can choose your times/days), allowing you to fit work in with your life.

Your Skills
Obviously you must be an exceptional writer, who can influence readers, and inspire them to take action. But our team is much more than a bunch of talented individuals!

You must be very organised and proactive, and be able to manage your own workload and deadlines.
You must be self-motivated and have a professional presentation for remote work. Your office should be set up with a desktop computer/monitor.

You will need to be great at problem-solving, troubleshooting, process improvement and with a solid understanding of SEO, Digital Marketing, Social Media and Business to Business content creation.

Skills Required Include:
1) A1 Grade English Writing Skills – you must be able to write perfect English.
2) Ability to work as a PA/VA and do/learn all kinds of tasks
3) HIGHLY skilled in social media, (Facebook/LinkedIn/Instagram/Twitter/Google Business Listing, page creations, account creation, posting, etc.)
4) Basic Photoshop/Canva/Design skills in order to make Social Media covers & images
5) Be able to plan out social media posting schedules, and manage posting these using Hootsuite, Buffer, Loomly and Later.
6) Be a great all-rounder, and eager to learn new things.
7) Have Wordpress Administration Experience

your background
• 5+ years of copywriting and content creation experience
• 5+ years of digital marketing experience
• Preferably with an intermediate understanding of SEO
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Communications, Writing, Marketing or Advertising
• Any business qualifications such as an MBA, CPA or Bachelor of Business will be highly regarded
• Must be able to complete work with little direction and without supervision
• Tech-savvy with online tools and apps such as Wordpress, Click Up, Slack, Process Street etc
