JOB OVERVIEW

Looking for an experienced and tech-savvy professional for excellent customer/tech support and some Upgrade to see actual infondidates need to be able to master multiple platforms, such as CRM, chat, email phone calls, and many more.
Training will be provided, but it is a plus if you have experience with a US telco company.
Need to be able US Eastern time, I am aware of the difficulties of working the opposite hours, but this is the market we serve.
