JOB OVERVIEW

We are a Solar marketing and sales organization based in Florida USA. We would like to expand the marketing side of our company, so we have more sales. One thing we need right now is to have more leads for our people since we do not have enough for them. The key is to find the right person for this job.

Job Name: Call center floor manager (online)

Job Description: To provide qualified call transfer to Sales Rep

Job Requirements:
- Home Computer (at least 4gb Ram, I will check your computer)
- High Speed Internet (I will ask you to send me speed test result, I will check speed later)
- Quiet Work Environment (you must let me know where you will work)
- Good Headphone with voice cancellation.
- A mouse
- A pad/notebook and a pen, for notes taking.

Skills Required:
- Experienced Call Center Floor Manager
- Excellent in Computer
- Experienced in Outbound Calling and Appointment Setting
- Excellent in Finding Lead Sources to Dial leads
- Excellent in Training and managing people
- Can meet call transfer quota
- Knows how to operate an outbound call center
- Identify the Problem and solve it
- Planning Ahead (when this happens, this we will do)
- Vicidial Setup (If needed)

Attitude/Character Required:
- Punctual, Never Late (11AM – 7PM Eastern Standard Time)
- Work with Less to No supervision

The Work:
- Managing and training people
- Resourceful on where to find Leads to dial
- You will create a plan and share it with me on how to do this project effectively (We will do brainstorming)
- Make this happen
- We need to at least transfer 10 qualified calls to our Sales Rep
- You will know what this work will be and everything involve in running an outbound campaign.

Salary:

Training Period (1 Week): $2/Hour
Regular Period (No supervision needed): $4/Hour
Bonus Pay: If you transfer a call and Sales rep Sold it you will receive $25/Sold deals.
Other Bonuses: Will discuss later.
Payday: Every week (Saturday there)

To make sure you are serious for this Job I will hold 1 week of your pay check, then after 6 months I will ask you if you are going to stay or not if you said No I will give you your remaining salary if yes I will keep holding 1 week of your paycheck again for another 6 months. So this is a 6 month renewal contract. If you quit before 6 months, remaining salary will be forfeited.

Example:
You work for 1st week= no paycheck yet
You work for 2nd Week = You will receive your first paycheck (Training period Check)
You work for 3rd Week = You will receive your 2nd Paycheck (Regular Period Check)

Payment Method: You will send me invoice every week then I will pay it, I really prefer if you have PayPal.
