JOB OVERVIEW

Virtual Assistant needed for a digital dental laboratory.

Must have access to high-speed internet
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills (Required)
High experience with managing other staff/departments is a STRONG advantage
Experience with email marketing (Mailchimp, etc) is a plus
Experience with Facebook Ads or Google Ads is a plus
Change the subject heading on your email to start with "I am a Digital Dental Lab VA"
Proficiency in writing (product descriptions, ad copies, landing pages, etc.) is an advantage
Experience in handling customer service concerns is a plus.
Thorough understanding of SEO and Keyword strategies (Preferred)
Experience with Trello for project management is a plus
Be familiar with schedule coordination via Google Calendar
Have the ability to navigate Dropbox and Google Drive
3D Printing / CAD/CAM experience is a plus

Hours/Availability
Graveyard Shift
11:00 AM - 08:00 PM (Eastern Standard Time)
11:00 PM - 08:00 AM (Philippine Time)

Tasks include but are not limited to:
Answer Phone calls/respond to emails/voicemails
Draft email ads/newsletter
Research/Draft and post to social media such as FB, Instagram, Twitter
Ability to edit videos (basic video editing, trimming, transition, audio adjustments, etc.)
Have a background experience in handling GSuite (GMail, GDocs, GSpreadsheet)
Manage Trello Board for specific tasks and duties


Email
/call potential clients to schedule sales meetings
Create shipping labels via USPS/UPS/FEDEX
Create/Send invoices to customers via PayPal
Create/update a customer database/spreadsheet
Draft standard operating instructions and manuals for all tasks assigned
Manage inventory/stock levels and order items as needed
