Outbound Caller

I am looking for someone that can make outbound calls and send and respond to text messages from prospects and read a script. After a few calls, it will not sound as if you’re reading a script. This is real estate related. I am looking for someone that does not have an accent and that can think on their feet. I will train this person and give any amount of time that is needed to them to insure their success.

I will need a short audio of that person sent to me saying the following lines:
VA: Hi, I’m calling about the home at [123 Main Street] is it still for sale?
Yes: Great! I’m interested in buying this house. Well, actually, I’m calling for my boss who buys lots of houses and he’s very interested in buying your house. By the way, we’re not Realtors, I get asked that a lot, just an interested buyer and no low-ball offers either, in fact, we can pay full price (chuckle).
VA: Is this an OK time for me to call, do you have a few minutes?
VA: My name is _______, and yours? What’s the best email for you in case I need to send you something. _________________.

Send me no more than 5 sentences as to why you want this job. I do not need you to send me your resume or CV.

I am looking for someone full-time and doesn’t mind spending time on the phone. They will need to work 12-8 EST.

Again, I will spend time with you to train and I will create tutorials for you.

*You will be calling out from a list that is supplied to you.
