Video Editor

I am looking for a video editor who will be capable of editing 1-2 videos per week.
I want to hire some who is an actual video editor and not someone who does video editing on the side of their main job.

The skills you must poses include:
- Cutting together a sequence based on a provided script
- Editing Multi-camera footage
- Editing footage with different frame rates
- Editing footage with different resolutions
- Cutting together short cinematic sequences
- Animating lower-thirds
- Optimising vocal audio for clarity
- Editing clips to the beat of a song
- Knowing how to edit to maintain attention (IMPORTANT)
- Colour correction
- Colour grading (LUTS will be provided, unless yours are better)
- Exporting at the highest quality (settings will be provided)
- Fluent in English

Favourable skills but NOT essential:
- Understanding of YouTube algorithm
