3D Animator

RNDRVSN is seeking a passionately motivated and experienced senior animator with a deep knowledge of animation principles and architectural communication to join our team.

The applicant must be able to create both compelling architectural animations as well as cinematic/cutscene quality work as needed. Attention to detail is a must, in addition to displaying creative problem solving and strong technical skills.

Qualifications*
3 or more years of 3D design experience.
A well-crafted animation reel demonstrating a firm grasp of timing, weight, personality, and motion.
Strong technical skills
Deep knowledge of animation principles
Excellent communication skills and a desire to collaborate with other members of the team.
Software: Blender, 3dsMax, Etc.
Strong drawing skills are a plus

Responsibilities*
Create and implement both presentation deliverable and cinematic quality 3D animation utilizing Blender and/or 3dsMax.
Collaborate actively with the team, maintaining close communication with production, art management, and other outsourced groups.
Utilize and refine motion capture data and blendshapes to achieve advanced results.
Troubleshoot and solve art production issues related to rigging, and animation, in partnership with other members of the character team, as well as external artists and organizations.
