We are looking for a Learning & Development Specialist to support our training function. You will be responsible for designing and developing effective, engaging learning experiences.

The role of the Learning & Development Specialist is to make learning more efficient by drawing on best practices from a wide range of interdisciplinary research, such as educational psychology, organizational psychology, and systems Upgrade to see actual info this role, you should combine a strong attention to detail with an ability to multi-task and work under pressure. You should also be a reliable problem-solver and with strong project management skills.

Your goal will be to ensure that our training programs are engaging and run smoothly.

Responsibilities:

Participate in creating and implementing training programs
Training and Refresher
Weekly cross-training
Restructure Onboarding training
Maintain training records (e.g. trainee lists, schedules, attendance sheets)
Book schedules and ensure they’re properly set up
Prepare and disseminate material (e.g. instructional notes, feedback forms)
Act as a point-of-contact for vendors and participants
Create a cadence for coaching agents
Resolve issues as they arise
Submit reports on training activities and results
Recommend improvements or new programs
Create and Analyze training reports
Organize and update Departmental SOPs
Ensure employees follow established policies
Support new hire and on-going training initiatives as needed.

Requirements:

Must be flexible to work extended/flexible hours as necessary
Must be willing to work in Full-time and in EST/EDT hours ASAP
Curriculum and Course Development experience is MANDATORY
Experience in process improvement
Strong problem-solving, influencing, and training skills are REQUIRED
Ability to take initiative – identifying potential problems and solutions
Ability to effectively plan and prioritize tasks – work well under pressure – and multi-task
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with a DRIVE towards getting it DONE
Experience in project management
Proficient in MS Office; working knowledge of databases and Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a plus
Availability (ready to start immediately)

PC Processor: Intel i5 / i7 (2.0GHz & up) or AMD Ryzen 5 / Ryzen 7 (2.0GHz & up)
Processor must be 4th generation or latest
PC Memory: 8GB & up
Hard Drive: 500GB & up
Hard Wire/Cable/Ethernet Connection
Minimum Internet speed required: 15 Mbps upload/15 Mbps download (If internet speed is more
than 15mbps - DL and UP speed must be at least symmetrical)
