Real Estate Telemarketer - Appointment Setter

JOB BRIEF

We are looking for an enthusiastic Telemarketer to generate appointments by cold calling potential real estate customers in the USA.

A successful telemarketer must be friendly and persuasive. You must be able to speak with potential real estate customers, understand their needs and successfully close for appointments.

The goal is to promote business growth by expanding the company's clientele.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Cold call people using a given system to find our targeted customers on a national website

Use a script to provide information

Ask a few pertinent questions to understand the customer's requirements and to qualify them as a legitimate prospect

Persuade the customer to set an appointment

Record the customer's information accurately

Go the "extra mile" to facilitate growth

Keep record of dials, contacts and appointments

** Please note there is no calling equipment/software required besides your computer and a phone with a good connection. Since we are mining the phone numbers on a website, the telemarketer will use our Skype account, one dial at a time.

REQUIREMENTS

Proven experience as telemarketer or similar sales/customer service role

Proven track record of successfully meeting quotas over the phone

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Proficient in English

Persistent and results-oriented

Patient and able to handle customer rejection

SPECIAL NOTE: To start we are looking for Part Time, 2 hours/day, Monday through Friday, local time.
