Cold Call Virtual Assistant/ Real Estate Outbound Calls

Looking for someone with excellent customer service skills. This position will entail calling private homeowners of vacant properties to see if they are interested in selling their property.

Mojo Dialer system will be provided to dial out numbers. Must be able to call 100+ calls an hour. Scripts are provided with training. You will be responsible for asking them a few questions documenting the information in our CRM and reporting back to me on the updated information.

(Experience in using MOJO DIALER, CRM and PODIO is a big plus with extra pay!!)

Bonuses will given for every closed deals

MUST be a Fluent English Speaker, looking for someone part time.

Qualifications:

Must be able to make calls between 10:00am and 7:00pm EST 2 hours a day, 5 days/week and some Saturdays 9am-11am (sometimes if necessary).

Must be reliable, Need to be able to consistently work remotely with NO supervision in quiet location.

Tech Savvy- Need to know how to use a smartphone, google, and learn how to use web based application
we have (we can teach you too)

Typing Skills - Must be able to type notes while on the phone with prospects, following our process

Computer - Must have a desktop or laptop with high speed internet access.
