We're a fast growing eCommerce Skin Care Company (
Looking for a Team Leader for our Customer Satisfaction team.
Among your responsibilities:
~ Oversee a team of 5 CS members (schedule, setting KPIs, and so on).
~ Manage refunds, returns and so on....
~ Create SOPs and automation processes for the team.
~ Other similar tasks may apply.
Minimum Requirements:
~ Perfect level of written English.
~ High level of spoken English.
~ At least 2 years experience working in a customer support/satisfaction team for an eCommerce company.
~ At least 1 year in a managerial position.
~ a Go-Getter, Problem Solving personality and approach.
~ Easily understand and can operate new tools, etc...
~ Good internet connection, and computer.
~ Big Advantage (if relevant, please mention in your application) - Passionate about the beauty industry and skin care.
Working hours:
~ M-F, 8.5 hours/day with 45 minutes of paid break.
~ Morning/Noon/Evening shift - based on your availability.
