Commercial Real Estate Professional

I’m looking for a hardworking assistant to help out with researching tenants missing in certain trade areas based on my Commercial Real estate listings and putting together a list with the contact information for said tenants. I will also need help finding contact information for retail, commercial properties in areas that I specify.

You would be using three different websites to find the information:

Property appraiser site: To find the property owner’s LLC
Sunbiz: Find the owner's name and address by typing in the LLC
Upgrade to see actual info: Use the person’s name/address found on Sunbiz to find the owner's contact information.

I would need a list of 50 tenants & 50 Property Owners every 2 weeks.
