As a Virtual Assistant you will be an integral part of our company's business development. We are seeking an experienced virtual assistant dedicated to high performance, accuracy, hard work, and achieving excellence.
Sales is the main task, you need to be confident in making multiple sales a day. If you are not a confident sales person do not apply.
Answer or make phone calls and
Book and confirm appointments for customers.
Provide information and customer service through calls and
Manage customer's issues/complaints.
Implement pro-active sales initiatives, outbound/follow-up calls to new and past enquiries.
Minimum of 1-2 years proven track experience as Virtual Assistant preferably with background in Sales.
Must have experience in taking calls and doing admin tasks.
Preferably with experience handling UK clients.
Must have exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Applications and other systems or tools to ensure the efficient tracking and security of documents.
Keen to details, well organized and ability to work well under pressure.
• Internet should be wired with 10 mbps or higher speed with back up.
• PC specs should be from core i3 - 4 GB RAM and above.
