Social and Email Marketing Manager / Rockstar - URGENT HIRE

Intro:
We’re looking for an experienced social media manager who is responsible for planning, implementing, overseeing and monitoring the team’s social media strategy in order to increase brand awareness, and improve marketing efforts. Experience managing email marketing is also preferred.

You will be responsible for creating original text and video content, managing posts, and responding to followers.

About Us:
We are an eCommerce company that has been selling on Amazon, WooCommerce, Etsy, eBay, and Wayfair for about 3 years. We have just expanded into Europe and the UK. We have a small team and are growing very fast. We work in an office / warehouse and remote. We are looking for people who hustle, take initiative, have a positive attitude, someone that is teachable, willing to learn, continue learning on their own and overall just a good human being. We have social accounts and a large email list but they have been neglected for a long time…we want to bring them back!

Who You Are:
You are a team player who can work well and be trusted without too much supervision. You are a go-getter that is willing to learn new things and is willing to bring your ideas to the table. You must have a reliable computer and internet connection and can work semi-flexible hours. You must have great American English.


The Best Candidate:
Proven work experience as a Social media manager
• Hands on experience in content management
• Excellent copywriting skills
• Ability to deliver creative content (text, image, and video)
• Experience with e-commerce
• Solid understanding of SEO, Keyword research, Google Analytics
• Excellent American English communication and people skills
• Self-motivated
• Attention to detail

At least 3 years exposure to social media management, including but not limited to content creation, uploading/scheduling, responding to comments and direct messages for the following channels:
• Facebook
• Instagram
• Pinterest - We want to not only grow our Pinterest followers but drive traffic to our website(s) via Pinterest.
