Our company is looking to hire an Email Marketing Manager to help grow our business.

Job Description:

Responsible for creating email marketing campaigns to promote products and Upgrade to see actual infotermines target audience devises campaign and launches email campaigns to generate leads for the business

Primary responsibilities

- Create email marketing campaigns to promote products or services.
- Ensure marketing messages are conveyed clearly and delivered properly to prospects.
- Ensure messages are sent in proper form and template.
- Proofread emails for clarity, grammar, and spelling.
- Develop a personalization strategy.
- Include specific graphics, incentives, and detailed descriptions.
- Review messages for brevity.
- Send messages to those who have opted in for messages.
- Ensure messages are mobile-friendly.
- Create a database of emails for lead generation.
- Follow up on interested respondents.
- Purge non-deliverable email addresses and opt-outs.
- Include persuasive 'call-to-actions' in advertisements and promotions.
- Design and write press releases.
- Track and analyze direct and interactive marketing campaigns.
- Use statistical analysis and reports to create campaigns.
- Coordinate and monitor the maintenance, integrity, and security of several databases.
- Develop and code the list segmentation for all direct and interactive marketing campaigns and communicate requirements

Qualifications & Desired Experience

- Minimum 3-5 years email marketing experience preferably in financial services or B2B retail
- Attention to detail and excellent project management, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Put the word “hubspot” in the subject of your application
- Highly organized with excellent communication and presentation skills. Excellent understanding of email campaign performance metrics.
- Strong understanding of email and marketing automation platforms, email service providers, and deliverability
- Knowledge of basic HTML preferred and familiarity with web content management systems
- Experience with Google Upgrade to see actual info and Facebook Advertising is a Plus
- A demonstrated ability developing and executing email marketing and communications strategies and tactics including onboarding, lifecycle marketing, trigger, and re-engagement
