J Kay Consulting Pty is an online business coaching & consulting company based in Australia but services clients mostly in the US, Canada & Australia and is run by the CEO Janet Kafadar.

We support and teach women, specifically women of colour (WOC) how to build their online coaching businesses (while working their day job).

As a company we stand for diversity and representation and it's our mission that every WOC we interact with get the support they need to create a profitable and sustainable coaching business from the start. Our mission is to help our clients leave a legacy for themselves and their families.

YOUR ROLE:
The company is growing at a rapid pace and we need a part time, confident, proactive, detailed focused member of the team to execute the company's marketing efforts; which include promoting the Podcast The Truth About Show on social media and assist with the execution of marketing related tasks for the business,.

You role within the organisation will be to assist with:

* Distribution of podcast episodes in Anchor & publish on the website (Squarespace)
* Create social media images to promote the podcast and share on social media
* Create social media graphics using Canva
* Create a SM schedule to post on Facebook & Instagram
* Writing Social media captions
* Set up and schedule weekly emails for distribution using ActiveCampaign (AC)
* SEO - blog title research
* Responding to comments on YouTube channel
* Tagging of contacts in AC
* Welcome members to the Facebook community
* Track social media and marketing metrics and provide monthly report
* Assistant with launches or big promotions.
* Setting up landing pages
* Setting up and scheduling webinars
* General admin tasks including:
* Onboarding new clients and ensuring the CEO has everything she needs in preparation for the first coaching call
* Some data entry from time to time
* Uploading of recorded coaching calls to the video hosting platform

You will not be required to come up with strategies for the business, but you will be required to provide suggestions/recommendations regarding social media management.

TOOLS:
You MUST be able to use the following - You will not trained on how to use these tools and if you don't know how to use these tools it will show - so do not apply for this role:

* ActiveCampaign (an absolute must)
* Leadpages
* Canva

Skills required:
* Extreme attention to detail
* Excellent English & communication skills
* Ability to problem solve and bring recommendations to the CEO
* Ability to think outside the box and come up with solutions on your own and present them to the CEO
* Ability to work autonomously
