The Position:
Outreach Coordinator (Full-Time, 40 hours/week)

Job Responsibilities:
(on the job training included!)

****Social Media Collaborations****
- Screening social media influencer submissions
- Facilitate collaborations with social media influencers from start to finish
- Paring influencers with the right products with the help of the Products & Customer Service teams
- Assessing proper deliverables appropriate for each influencer
- Drafting contracts
- Processing collaboration orders between brand & influencers
- Tracking all influencer deliverables and ensuring they are completed properly and on time
- Closely tracking/managing the progress of all ongoing projects, providing status updates to brands as needed
- Managing, scheduling, reposting social media content from influencers

****Link-Building Collaborations****
- Building links to our content through cold email outreach (templates provided)
- Identifying and establish a rapport with likely linkers
- Scraping email addresses
- Replying to responses
- Negotiating as needed
- Tracking results

+Miscellaneous tasks during downtime based on your skills and aspirations

Requirements:

- Previous online marketing, lead generation, or PR experience
- Previous experience facilitating communication between teams/departments and outside clients preferred
- Experience with the major social media platforms (Pinterest, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, etc.)
- Reliable fast internet connection (10 Mbps minimum)
- Personal Computer with updated antivirus software

Compensation & Benefits:

- 25,000 - 30,000 PHP / month (based on experience)
- On the job training + future certification & training opportunities
- Negotiable work schedule (must be able to attend teaUpgrade to see actual infoetings as needed between 9am-2pm EST - approximately 3-5 meetings a month)
