Real Estate Company in Need of a Cold Caller & SMS Telemarketer

Real Estate Investment firm seeks a part-time experienced real estate telemarketer for lead Upgrade to see actual infoemarketer will respond to incoming text messages, inbound calls and will do light cold calling. We are looking for an enthusiastic and energetic person who can communicate clearly over the phone and via text message. Scripts will be Upgrade to see actual infoemarketer will respond to text messages, inbound phone calls, follow up on existing leads and do light cold calling everyday.

We are looking for an experienced individual who enjoy being on the phone and text messaging. Hourly wage plus VERY HIGH bonuses paid! The hired telemarketer will have a 2-week trial period.

Job duties:
• Answer inbound text messages and phone calls from residential homeowners. Light cold calling.
• Follow up with homeowners
• Book appointments for the best leads

Necessary Requirements:
• Need to be available to work between 11am – 4pm Central Standard Time in the U.S.
• Real Estate Cold Calling and SMS experience a must. Please do not apply if you do not have real estate experience with both
• Successful track record of meeting goals and quotas.
• Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
• Detailed and super organized!!
