JOB OVERVIEW

Position Mission
To improve and optimise PPC campaign performance on both Google Ads and Facebook Ads channels for all clients. You will need to work within our existing client fulfillment system to optimise and improve campaign performance, as well as create and execute new campaigns and PPC Upgrade to see actual info will be expected you have the knowledge to setup, create and run the entire PPC process (including both Google Ads and Facebook Ads).

Key Responsibilities
- Create and improve campaign performance across Google Ads and FB Ads channels
- Determine the strategy and implement strategies across new and existing campaigns
- Manage day-to-day activities of campaigns: including the campaign planning, implementation, budget management, - performance review, and optimisation of PPC campaigns.
- Contribute to monthly reports on campaign performance
- Keyword research (discovery and expansion), review and editing of ad copy, review and analysis of web site performance metrics, and optimisation for Google Ads campaigns.
- Develop near and long-term PPC account strategies, roadmaps and execute day-to-day tactics that increase revenue, site traffic, conversion, and margins
- Drive continued innovation and best practice implementation. We will assist in funding your training to stay ahead of the rest of the PPC industry.
- Stay current with new advances in online marketing, competitive landscape, and keyword Upgrade to see actual infon-Negotiables
- Minimum 3 years experience with PPC.
- Strong understanding of Google Ads and Facebook Ads
- Proficiency with Google sheets and docs.
- Very good written and verbal communication skills
- Passionate about PPC and the digital space.
- Experience with WordPress
- Available Monday-Friday between the hours 8:30am-5:00pm AEST
- Organisation and self-discipline. We are a remote working digital marketing agency, so organisation and self-discipline are must-have skills
- Adaptability. Able to adjust quickly to changing priorities and conditions.

A Day In The Life
As the PPC Manager, a typical day might include the following:
- Reviewing PPC campaign performance and providing recommendations for campaign improvement
- Implementing new strategies and completing campaign optimisations
- Conducting campaign research to plan and execute new PPC campaigns
- Attending a Daily Huddle meeting with the team
- Attending the weekly KPI Check-In meeting to provide updates on client campaigns
- Complete research and further training for new online advances
