NL based company looking to hire a Facebook and Instagram Ads PRO to help us run our campaigns.

Required Skills:

You know the ins and outs of:
- Audience discovery Interest-based Targeting, Lookalike Audiences
- Advanced FB Marketing Strategies: Bid Manipulation, Tactics, Cost Control, Ad delivery.
- Retargeting Strategy
- FB Ads Funnel Structure (Awareness > Consideration > Action)
- Campaign Optimization

- You keep up to date with the latest updates and strategies reading blogs, FB groups, etc.

We also require that:
- You are a freelancer (no agencies)
- Your rate will be on a per hour basis

Plus:
- Experience in marketing home consumer products, fitness, etc products
