Hi there!
I’m hiring an assistant for many different tasks and management for ecommerce and online business.
Please go through every point carefully before applying for the job else you will be disqualified right away.
I don't want job applications from people who don't have any experience with management of tasks and not having any experience as required but still apply for job. So please do read carefully.

ABOUT ME (Akshat):
•I have online ecommerce stores and make sales on them. I am planning to expand and need a staff for the same.
• I have been starting companies for last 2 years
• I move very fast & expect the people I work with to be the same way.
• I am not good at management of tasks and organising so you should be organised and have an experience in working with teams .
• I am very loyal to my employees & treat them with respect
• I give bonuses for doing a good job (If I make money you should be rewarded for that)
• I was having game development company and now rapidly expanding our company in different sectors and different countries.
ABOUT THE POSITION REQUIREMENTS :
1. Have experience in team management and working with team and can perform as a team leader.
2. Having experience of managing tasks or project management and working under deadlines.
3. Having experience in managing calendars and schedules and achieving the declines on the calendar.
4. Have to do a lot of small and crucial task on internet that includes research etc.
5. You have to be well managed and manage the things that are assigned and should be willing to take the responsibility and handle the pressure like a soldier.
6. If you find the things are not managed and if there is something you can suggest or help you should come forward and help. I am looking for start person and not someone who can only follow the rules and don’t have any of there own ideas.
7. You should not have a personality that gets offended every now and then. You may get a bad review or complaints or criticisms if the performance is not good or not upto the mark.
You need to take the criticism in a positive manner and work on it and achieve the goals instead of giving up and behaving like a quitter and run away from responsibility.
8. You need to be self driven and self taught and smart and willing to take things forward and not have the attitude of taking steps after holding the finger. If I assign a task you should be willing to learn about it your self and do the research and get things done.
9. You have to learn a lot of new stuff. Like listing products on ecommerce stores such as shopify, Amazon, eBay, etsy etc.
10. If you have a good idea of different social media platforms and having idea on how we can sell from these channels that would be a plus for you.
11. If you have prior experience in ecommerce and have all the above qualities you will have a better chance.
12. If you have worked on online ads platforms such as Facebook ads, Google ads, or some other places you will have much better chances.
ABOUT COMPENSATION:
• Will pay daily for 1st week, then on a weekly basis after 1st week
• We pay bonuses for great work
• We pay 13th Month Bonus
• We give pay increases based on performance but really hate that if people keep asking for the raise and don’t have performed well.
• Every month you work, you earn 1 personal day which can be used as sick days or vacation days (12 Days per Year)
• These are the paid holidays: New Year’s Day, Good Friday, Independence Day, All Saints Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve
