Youtube Video Editor NEEDED (part time)

We're looking for an experienced video editor who can do some simple and clean edits to our ongoing videos.
Must be FAST, effective, and have previous experience in EDITING!

You must be able to add music, text, and make videos look professional. You must understand the Youtube algorithm and viewer retention.
Preferred video editing software - Filmora 9.
Should be confident in making shorter instructional videos. Main content - Facebook Live videos, that needs to be repurposed to Youtube (from 60 minutes to 15 minutes long).
