We are looking for an operations analyst for our software startup based in the United States. As a startup, your responsibilities may change, so we are looking for someone flexible and motivated who wants to be part of a growing company.
Responsibilities include:
(a) Work with spreadsheets (primarily Google Sheets) to help onboard and support customers
(b) Create and update websites using html and CSS
(c) Process customer transactions.
(d) Create and update reports and spreadsheets
(e) Review and recommend improvements to the process
(f) Work with the team to document and prioritize features and bugs
(g) Other tasks as assigned
The right candidate:
1. Is fluent in verbal and written English. Excellent English language skills are critical.
2. Has extremely good communication skills and is comfortable asking questions / asking for help when appropriate
3. Is a very fast learner and good listener
4. Has experience with technology and software applications
5. Is an extremely good collaborator with strong analytical skills

This is a part-time role of 10 hours a week with the potential for additional hours occasionally. As the business grows over time, we expect to be able to offer the right candidate additional regular hours, so long as that was also appealing to them.
