As an Outside Sales Representative, you will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and closing sales. This individual must have a passion for meeting revenue targets, the knowledge to optimize sales funnels for efficiency, and a drive for exceeding expectations.

The Outside Sales Representative will be responsible for leads and must be committed to the overall mission of the business. Their success is Life of Automation’s success. As a result, the sales agent must possess a collaborative and go-getter attitude that will uplift the sales and marketing departments.

Responsibilities
Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
Understand customer needs and requirements
Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executive for further development and closure
Close sales and achieve quotas
Present, promote, and sell services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
Manage customer inquiries
Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of potential customers/clients to meet their expectations
Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
Reach out to customer leads through cold calling, social media platforms, and other outreach methods
Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
Coordinated sales effort with team members and other marketing departments
May perform any related tasks from time to time

Requirements
Proven work experience and success as Outside Sales Representative/Agent or related field
Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong listening and presentation skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively

Salary: at 15% commission, the average rep makes $450/m
