JOB OVERVIEW

We are a USA based Amazon eCommerce business looking to expand our team.

We are currently hiring for the NIGHT and EARLY MORNING SHIFST for Administrative Assistants to help with Orders Processing, Customer Service and Data Entry.

Starting salary is 125 PHP per hour paid weekly by TransferWise

Roles & Responsibilities:

-Lots of data entry that requires precision and attention to detail

-Creating and updating records in Airtable, an easy-to-use database program that is like Excel or Google Sheets

-Placing orders for customers on various USA online stores like Upgrade to see actual info following very specific step-by-step instructions

-Inventory and product research

Requirements & Qualifications:

-Reliable and FAST internet connection. ALL of your work will require you to be online, mostly with a VPN.
Please do not apply if you have unreliable or slow internet.

-Reliable computer with decent memory. An external monitor or laptop with a larger screen is ideal but not required.

-Working webcam and microphone for video conferences.

-Able to be logged into a time tracking programing during during work hours.

-Good Written and Spoken English. Able to communicate in English with team and managers. Able to chat in English with customer service reps.

-Very detail-oriented. Able to follow instructions exactly. Able to take your time to do things in the proper order and correctly.

-Comfortable doing repetitive tasks with accuracy. Some of the tasks can be a bit boring and repetitive. You will need to be okay with this and still able to be accurate and not take short-cuts.

-Experience using Google Sheets and/or Excel.

-Able to work independently.

-Previous experience working in eCommerce is very helpful but not required.
