Lead Generator/Prospector

The lead Generator will be responsible with tasks that are directly related to the overall success of the business. The goal is to assist property owners, who are in situations and need to sell their properties fast for CASH. The following duties will be required:

• Contact property owner to uncover if they are looking to sell one of their properties for cash.
• Use a prepared sales script, that will walk you through owner engagement steps
• Obtain information around their motivation is for selling
• Details around the subject property
o Ex: Bedrooms, bathroom, square footage, major repairs, contact info (phone and email address)
• What their timeline to sell is
• Most IMPORTANT, what they think the house is worth based on AS-IS condition and how much they are looking to get.
• Other duties as they are needed.

Once you have gathered all the above information, you will be required to enter these details accurately into the MOJO dialer platform.
