Starting pay quoted to all individuals is the GUARANTEED take home pay with no deductions. On your 6th month as an active Virtual Assistant you will be given a performance review. All VA's that meet the standards for excellence on their 6th month performance review will be awarded a 6th month increase based on the results of their performance review (maximum 3,000 PHP).

POSITION OVERVIEW:

JW Equity Partners is looking for a highly organized, process orientated, and tech savvy personal assistant to help build our commercial real estate business and assist with the founder's personal affairs. The position requires someone very good at following instructions, developing processes, and continuously improving processes. Must be a self-starter, eager to learn and grow, and someone who values good health and vibrant energy. Must be able to quickly adapt to different software applications and have experience with Microsoft Excel and Google Docs. Some basic graphic design experience or web design would be helpful.

First priority will be to help with posting and updating property listings across multiple websites and social media platforms. Will advance to coordinating marketing campaigns for property listings and for the business.

COMPENSATION & HOURS:

- Salaried position requiring 40 hours per week
- Hours will be 8:00 AM CST to 5:30 PM CST – Monday through Friday
- The role is a remote work from home based opportunity
- Salary will total 20,000 PHP per month
- 13th-month pay

RESPONSIBILITIES:
--------------
- Maintain internal listing files and records
- Gather property details from previous listings
- Gather property details from state, county, and/or city sites
- Set up online listings
- Regularly promote listings
- Weekly FB & LinkedIn posts
- Post on business pages and groups
- Regularly review and Update listings
- Coordinate property signage and lockbox set up
- Coordinate vendors for graphic design and photography
- Coordinate vendors for graphic design, photography, and signage
- Research, develop, and maintain a list of Facebook Groups for posting listings
- Research, develop, and maintain a list of common and niche listing sites
- Prepare flyers, brochures, and offering memorandums for new listings
- Gather marketing assets like photos, floor plans, and brochures
- Coordinate marketing campaigns
- Qualify leads
- Schedule calls with agent
- Take meeting minutes and action items
- Photo editing (touch-up, resize, brightness, etc)
- Establish and improve SOPs and processes
- Train and work with the admin team
- Shorten learning curve by taking advantage of educational opportunities
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as required.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Bachelor’s degree required
- 2+ years of relevant experience
- Fluent in English, spoken and written
- Ability to work independently, self-motivate, meet deadlines, and complete projects with minimal supervision
- Understanding of how to utilize application training, help articles, customer support, and Google searches to troubleshoot technical issues
- Strong initiative with an ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to analyze and document complex business processes.
- Solid project management skills.
- Advanced skills in MS Excel, Google Docs
- Able to adapt quickly new software applications
- Be positive, flexible, coachable, and have a growth mindset

Computer Operating System: Windows 7 or Mac OSX - No Linux, Unix or any operating system other than what is Upgrade to see actual infoernet Speed: Download speed 5 mbps minimum, Upload speed 1 mbps minimum (Both primary and backup) - If your backup connection cannot serve as your primary connection, that does not qualify as a backup connection
