I own a few websites that review sports and dog products and we need an amazing content editor to help us publish MORE content - hopefully you can help us! :)
We're growing fast and we are looking to hire a rockstar virtual assistant who can work with our team of writers to help us get more content online.
Before you read any further, YES I'm a real person with a real business. I've hired a number of virtual assistants on this platform and others before and it's been very successful for everyone. As a matter of fact, I am looking to hire one more person to augment our team of 11 people (4 of them being Filipinos!).

WHO I'M LOOKING FOR
1) Your command of the English language is second to none.
You are able to write English in a perfect manner, and are comfortable communicating with other team members in English.
2) You are extremely detail-oriented
If you love to make everything look perfect, and can't stop until you do, you will love working with us. We are extremely detail-oriented. We don't leave anything to chance - when an article needs to be published, everything about it needs to be perfect before we press
3) You are extremely organized
If you love making and following checklists, you'll love working with us! Our whole business is quite structured. Everything runs on checklists and guidelines. Everything is organized within Project Management software (Asana). Because we're so organized, we expect work to be delivered on time - no exceptions.
Please Note: if you're a freestyler, dislike structure/authority, and/or you prefer clutter to order
(just look at your desk right now), this position probably won't work for you. Loving to follow *and* create checklists is crucial for this role.
4) Most importantly, if you're someone who loves to publish content, this job is for
The content is based on sports, so even if you’re not familiar with sports - it’s OK. We provide training for you to understand the basics of the sport that will be useful to publish the content.
5) You have a reliable high-speed internet connection with reliable electricity
6) You have used WordPress and its Gutenberg editor before. All of our articles are published using Gutenberg so it's crucial you know how to use it.
7) We expect this job to take 30-35 hours per week, every week. On some weeks, it could be more (up to 40 hours per week), but never less.

BENEFITS
We pay bi-weekly, on 1st and third Monday of the month in PHP directly deposited into your bank account (no transaction fees!). We provide a Christmas bonus early December, usually about ½ of a full month’s pay. You will also benefit from sick days. You’re also free to take any unpaid time off as needed.
