Need Video Editor For Shopify Dropshipping Store

I am in the Shopify dropshipping business and I will need a video editor who can create 30-45 second video ads for many different types of products.

Here are the tasks:
-Find existing video footage and photos of the product via Facebook, Youtube, Google, Aliexpress, and more.
-Compilate the multiple sources of footage, use the best eye-grabbing footage, and create 30-60sec advertisement.

-Know how to grab attention with the first 3 seconds of a video clip and come up with good marketing angles.
-Be able to watch competitor's videos and model after their marketing angles.
-Good at English
-Respond to all messages within 24 hours
-10-15 hours per week of availability
-Reliable and long term only
