JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a highly motivated, action-taking, and detail-oriented team member to assist an executive with her daily tasks. You would be working one on one with her involving day-to-day scheduling, task maintenance, project management, social media management,?? email management, admin tasks, and research. 

For this role, a stable and high internet connection is required, as well as being extremely fluent in English, the experience of being an assistant, the use of intuition and initiative, and an out-going and positive attitude.

The jobs you'll be doing will vary and range from social media and email-based tasks to data-based admin tasks.

Ultimately, you should be able to handle administrative projects and deliver high-quality work under minimum supervision. You respect our time (and we respect yours) and do your absolute best to the best work in the least amount of time.

This position is part-time (at first) transitioning to a full-time role if you enjoy the position and we are happy with the things are going.

Some of the tasks/jobs you'll be doing:
• Coordinator for our online course (answering questions, putting people into teams, keeping score, taking attendance on group calls, etc)
• Replying to our social media
•Answering?? emails/DMs,
• Managing/Engaging our company's various Facebook groups, WhatsApp chats
• Sending Reminders
• Managing daily schedule
• Reminding of any to-dos or urgent matters
• Scheduling/Rescheduling meetings
• Attending company meetings (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, annually)
• Reading all emails/ messages and making sure we're not forgetting anything
• Research
• Personal tasks: scheduling workouts, sending gifts, research, org finances
• Planning scheduling travel arrangements
• Posting on our company's social media (will brainstorm content together)
• Answering comments in our FB group
• Managing the onboarding of new members into our online course
• Keeping Trello Boards up to date

I believe that anything can be taught to the right person. Specific Tasks and computer applications can be learned, but a truly high performer that learns fast and strives for excellence is born in a person. The latter is the person I am looking for.

Qualifications:
• The above attributes ^^
• Proven experience as a Virtual/Executive/Personal Assistant, Project Manager or relevant role (at least 1 full year)
• Familiarity with current technologies, like desktop sharing, video chats, cloud services
• Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g. Google Drive)
• Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g. Google Calendar)
• Educated in the English language, can craft messages/responses /emails/posts as needed
