Incoming phone lead/ Phone prospecting lead

Position is 30 hours a week with room to grow. We are a Real Estate based business in Colorado, United States. We spend ALOT in marketing to generate leads and if you're an amazing phone intake person then we want you to join our team as we continue to grow. Paid training while you learn. We promote from within, strong potential for full time employment.

Job responsibilities would include:
Answer inbound calls & prequalify them based off our criteria
Schedule our specialist to meet with them.
Update Seller notes in our CRM (Podio).
Outbound text marketing from our CRM (Podio)
Outbound phone calls from our auto dialer.
