JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a Virtual Assistant to provide administrative support to our team while working remotely. As a Virtual Assistant, you will perform various administrative tasks such as answering/organizing emails, scheduling, preparing, notating, and recapping video conference meetings, and facilitating clear communication across a portfolio of Tenfold clients and business objectives.

Reporting to the Founder and Chief Strategy Officer, the Virtual Assistant must be able to handle administrative projects and deliver high-quality work under minimum supervision. For this role, a strong Internet connection is required, along with experience using communication tools like Zoom, Slack, Click Up and G Suite.
WAYS YOU'LL CONTRIBUTE
Opening, sorting and distributing incoming emails, and other correspondence
Manage calendar of meetings and organize/prepare meeting deliverables
Accurately document minutes from meetings
Coordinate market research, reports, presentations, Upgrade to see actual infopile and organize screenshots, records, documents, reports, etc.
Prepare customer spreadsheets and keep online records
Assist with invoicing activities

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
1-2 years of related work experience as an executive, administrative, virtual assistant
Highly organized, meticulous attention to detail, and strong time management skills
Excellent phone, email, instant messaging, video conferencing verbal and written communication skills
Adaptable, flexible and unafraid of asking questions
Ability to organize a daily workload by priority
Experience with current technologies, like G suite, Slack, Zoom, ClickUp etc.
Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g. Google Calendar)
Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets
