Virtual Assistant (design, social media, marketing)

Hello! I’m Laura, owner of Upgrade to see actual info - a global artisan business where I source, design, and import goods from artisans around the world to create meaningful work and alleviate poverty.

Position Title: Virtual Assistant (focused on social media, marketing, and graphic design)

Position Overview:
This position’s primary focus is to create an organized and supportive environment for my business to grow and impact more artisans. This includes helping me stay on task and organized.

Duties:
• Create & Manage Social Media Content (facebook & Instagram)
• Manage Email List and Send Marketing Emails
• Make edits to product descriptions on the website (Shopify)
• Manage the etsy store (make sure products are listed correctly)
• Communicate with customers

Qualifications:

Helpful Skills, but not required
• Photoshop
• Canva
• Shopify
• Etsy
• Mailchimp
• InDesign

Hours: As long as the tasks get done, you can set your own hours. This will start as a Part Time Position, but could easily move into Full Time.

Pay: Negotiable based on your experience
