I am seeking a qualified admin assistant to oversee and assist with various aspects of the administration of my real estate business. The tasks and workflows that we need assistance with include, but are not limited to:
Manage all systems for sellers, buyers, client database management, lead generation tracking, and client follow-up.
Maintain all agent financial systems, profit & loss statement.
Coordinate the purchasing of any office equipment, marketing materials and any other business related supplies and materials.
Create task workflows and checklists to complete projects
Update our business operations manual and all job descriptions/employment contracts for any future hires.
Assist Broker with the recruiting, hiring, training and ongoing leadership of all future agent and administrative hires.
Assist Broker in efforts to hold all agent(s) accountable for conducting all agreed upon lead generation activities.
Assist Broker in efforts to ensure that all agent activities are limited to listing property, showing property, negotiating contracts & lead generation/conversion.
Create marketing materials for use in print and social media such as memes, flyers, mailers, and other promotional material.
Maintain and monitor social media accounts for customer engagement.
Data entry for CRM systems.
Maintain schedules for multiple agents and confirm appointments.
The right candidate must be a self starter and work well with minimum supervision in order to carry out the goals. Must be willing to learn, but willing to provide feedback to help the company
