Real Estate ISA/VA and Cold Caller

Outbound calls for Real Estate lead generation is our main focus, You need to be a self-starter, problem solver, and work well without supervision. I will give you tasks, but it will often be up to you how you accomplish them. I do not want to micromanage anyone. You must be a very good salesperson and an expert at handling objections. You will be expected to set appointments with sellers. You may have extra duties that are not laid out in this description. At first, your main duties will be making outbound calls. You will use Mojo dialer and will be making several calls per day prospecting leads such as FSBOS, FRBOS, expired listings, and geo-leads. There will be a phone interview to determine if you are a good candidate for the position. Ideal candidate will have at least one-year of experience as a VA for a realtor. Being familiar with wholesaling systems such as Podio, Callrail, Vumber, Mojo is a huge plus! If you are a Podio expert, that will be of a great help to me. We may spend time having you train me on systems that I am not familiar with. Hopefully, we can both learn from each other.

Base Salary Rate: $80-$160 USD per week based on of experience and training, plus a $200 USD bonus for any closed deals that were generated by you. There will be a 90 day probationary period. After 90 days, we will review your performance, if you are meeting goals and expectations, you will get a pay increase. Please note that if your performance is unsatisfactory, I may terminate employment at any time.

Paid time off: After the 90 day probationary period, you will have the opportunity for paid time off and holiday pay.

YOU MUST do the following and have the following skills and experience:

• Must have at least 1 year experience managing CRM Qualify, Watch, Nurture and Hot leads (New lead, prospect, active lead,
client, contract, closed)
• Must have at least 1 year experience calling leads using MOJO.
• Must have experience in Lead Segmentation
• Must treat this job as if it was your own business and not just make phone calls like a ROBOT.
• Must build GOOD relationships with leads.
• Must work hours designated.
• Must have good PC, headset and internet speed.
