I want to solve my Playstore account termination issues

I have been running playstore apps for 6 years.
And my Google Play Publisher account has been terminated with REASON: Multiple violations of the Developer Program Policies and Developer Distribution Agreement as outlined in previous emails sent to the registered email address of your Publisher account.After appeal, I came to know all the apps are unused and suspended long back.

one is that branding issue which I am working with the appropriate person likely to be removed.I need some expert who can help me to get my playstore back.
