**Paid Weekly**
**3 hours a day to start. After training period ends there is an opportunity to increase hours up to 8hrs/day if you would like**
Monday-Friday 8a-11am (central time/Chicago IL) or Mon-Fri 8:30a-11:30a (central time/Chicago IL)

The Kay Team, a highly respected and customer-oriented real estate team is hiring Lead Generators-Appointment Setters. We are looking for nothing less than High Energy Hunters with proven business and sales instincts. This role is critical in creating new business development and sales opportunities.

You’ll be responsible for developing new business opportunities through Research, qualifying and Cold Calling. As the first point of contact with our prospects you’ll be building and maintaining a relationship by being able to identify their real estate needs, and connecting them to the right professional. This will lead to setting up a call or face to face meeting with our agents.


Role and responsibilities:

-Develop and maintain strong knowledge of all Kay Team scripts.
-Be courteous, and cheerful during all phone calls
-Qualify leads, and set appointments for agent call backs.
-Create and maintain a calendar and schedule
-Follow through with weekly and daily tasks and track work done
-Source new opportunities through cold calls and emails.
-Build relationships with prospects by learning about the client, and how we can best serve them
-Refer qualified opportunities to the Sales Team to develop and close.


Requirements

-Minimum of 1 year of cold calling experience
-Demonstrated ability to meet and/or exceed determined sales and activity quotas.
-Strong phone presence.
-Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
-Extremely well organized and process-driven
-Build and cultivate prospect relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow-up communications in order to move opportunities through the sales funnel.
-Utilize Mojo and Excel for Daily Pipeline Management Activity, Call Volume, Quality Conversations, Follow-up ---Conversations, within target market.
-Enthusiasm, timeliness, professionalism, desire to learn.
-Must be highly motivated, determined and goal-oriented.

** Experience with Mojo Dialer, Cole Research, Myoutdesk, 1000 calls a day, etc is a huge plus but not required**
