Wanted: A talented and creative writer + VA looking for a long term opportunity who is also detail oriented, strategic, efficient, reliable, trainable, willing to learn online platforms and is a critical thinker. 30 hours per week that is great for someone that truly wants to work from home versus trying it out due to COVID.

Job Description:

I'm looking for my right hand -- the person who will be my full stack person. If you're talented, already have some real-world experience at writing and you can do a variety of tasks from creating workbooks in Canva, writing on a variety of topics, curating articles, creating Standard Operating Procedures for tasks, data entry, and focus on detail, then you’ll want to read this entire message…

Here’s the Situation:

I am a busy entrepreneur who’s finding that I am the bottleneck when it comes to getting work done. I just wear too many hats.

I’m not just looking for anyone, I’m looking for a FULL STACK person. A full stack person is someone who is willing to jump into the business and do what needs to be done, even if it is new and they don’t have the experience. A full stack person has a work value system that would never let them do anything other than exceed expectations.

You’ll need excellent writing skills, excellent English, powerful management skills and organizational skills as well as be able to do creative work in Canva. My stuff needs to be pretty when it hits the market. You must be willing to learn and pick it up fast. I need you to learn my areas of expertise and be willing to dive into doing whatever needs to be done quickly and efficiently!

· Have a good eye for design (color, layout, etc).
· Have experience with Google properties and willing to learn any other software I use.
· Are interested in subjects ranging from alternative health, personal growth, search engine optimization, and responsibility.
· Having excellent writing and speaking of the English language is essential.
· Love learning new things… especially on the internet.
· Already know all of the best tools to be the most organized and to share information.
· Are a self-starter; able to find solutions to make my business life easier and get the job done.
· Fast, efficient and HONEST.
· Are GREAT with tedious tasks.
· Are willing to do a variety of tasks.
· Willing to move into a full time position with me after 6 months.
· Ready to start asap.

After 6 months working in this part time position with me, the right candidate will be a long-term hire with bonuses for exceeding expectations/goals, 13 month of bonus pay after 1 year from permanent hire and paid personal time that you accrue each month that can use for sick days or vacation.
