VA for social media tasks

I have recently started a social media agency in Denmark.
I'm now looking for a VA to help me with some Instagram tasks. Experience is a plus, but not necessary. I will provide training for you and of course pay for your time.

To start with, it's going to be 4 hours per day 7 days per week. I'll pay 3$ per hour. So that equals 360$ per month.
However, if everything goes well I need help for 7 hours per day and the salary will increase with time if you do your job well.

I'm aware, that if you start working 7 hours per day you should get days off Saturday and Sunday. I will hire another VA to work those 2 days.

I'm building a new agency and you will be the first one that I'm hiring. I will definitely need to hire more VA's in the future, so if you are up for it, there is a possibility for you to get a manager position with a much better salary. Okay, so about the task that you will be doing. I must be honest, it's not the most exciting task and can be a bit repetitive. Basically, it's Instagram growth. The way we are doing this is by following and unfollowing, like posts, and watch Instagram stories.
