**Responsibilities**
- Actively support the business through its growth. This is a hands-on, busy job with great rewards
- Work alongside the MD to develop and implement strategies and automations to allow for smooth and fast growth
- Be in control of and manage different jobs within the business
- Help implement the right systems to communicate clearly within social media with our quickly growing client base
- Research and identify brand-aligned influencers
- Report on performance and competitors reviews.
- Be a high-achiever
