Looking for a VA with Medical Billing experience to assist in Customer Services related projects, client scheduling, superbill creation, insurance verification, and other administrative tasks.
Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office, medical terminology, and medical software. Must have background in customer service and good call handling skills.
Provide assistance for tasks such as:
• Handle customer service calls
• Schedule patients
• Schedule doctors
• Review superbills and submit claims
• Take on projects as assigned
Requirements:
• Experience with taking calls and making calls to US based clients
• Minimal accent and very clear English skills
• Experience using Aprima or other EHR
• Experience working with US healthcare primary care provider billing
• Adhere to HIPAA Guidelines
Must be available to work 5 days a week 9 AM - 4 PM in Pacific Standard Time (subtract 8 hours from Manila Time).
