Manage and build your Own Sales team and take the rewards

We want to rapidly expand our successful UK based business. To fulfil this we need to employ an experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to develop a Filipino sales team to sell digital products initially across the USA and Canada, expanding into Australia in the near future.

The successful applicant will be responsible for delivering the whole of the marketing plan, from helping to develop the conception through to delivery, reporting and ensuring both theirs and their teams targets are rigorously met.

This is an opportunity to build your own team (you will be heavily involved in recruiting the right staff), initially of at least 6 people covering, data entry, telesales, graphic design, digital marketing (using Infusionsoft) and a writer. This team will increase in size as required.

You will be measured and rewarded by your results. We will operate an attractive bonus scheme for the entire team, but as the manager, your share will obviously be the highest.

We will need to see proven experience of managing a team, working to tight deadlines alongside a full range of marketing skills.

You will need to be able to motivate your team to produce results in a virtual environment.

Excellent English language skills, both written and verbal are essential to this role. You must be a brilliant organiser and happy to work under pressure to achieve targets.
