Article Writing and Submissions experienced person required- Part Time position

Our Requirement is a writer who will have to do the following tasks:

1) Write Articles on Property / Real Estate niche (between 500 - 550 words) - 8 every week

2) Articles have to be submitted on various article directories ezinearticles, articlebase etc.. You will already have a list which you maintain and update on a monthly basis as a minimum.

3) Articles must also be submitted on various article submission services (again you will be familiar with the major submission services)

4) Has to maintain regular sheets of both writing and submission on various article directories and other services.

Skills and Qualities we are looking for:

1) Excellent English writing skills with good grammar knowledge and creativity in thought and expression

2) REPEAT AS THIS IS KEY: Excellent English writing skills with good grammar knowledge and creativity in thought and expression (Proper punctuation and pluralization are mandatory)

5) Ability to develop his own systems of mainitaining various sheets like login, password sheets, kws sheets etc. to ensure easy, quick and hassle-free submissions

6) Excellent communication skills. Should provide regular updates and weekly reports.

7) Should be able to talk over Gtalk or Skype as and when required

8) You should have basic knowledge of SEO writing ( Key Words density etc )

At least include the following information with your application:

1) If you can write 8 articles in a week (for 2 different websites so 4 each)

2) What is your experience in online writing please (Preferably please provide a sample of your article related to property)

3) Please tell us if you have experience in any of the followings

i)Article Submission to any article directories like ezinearticles.com etc
ii)List the major ones you are familiar with

Other information

1) Each article (if spun) must be proofread for spelling, errors, grammar and word count.

2) Spun articles must have higher uniqueness, at least 70% (by checking on)

3) You will not use articles for any reason after receiving payment, all rights belong to us.

4) For article submission, you must cover all the big article submission websites and you can only use a submission page if they allow DOFOLLOW links in the article! Do not bid if you do not know what "dofollow" is!!

5) It would be preferable if you already have accounts with the article hosting pages, which have good standing!

Please note that this is a LONG TERM but PART TIME WORK. We do not expect this to be a full time job for you so it is perfectably acceptable if you have another full time job. You must off course have the below:

* own your own computer.
* be able to work from home NOT a 'internet cafe' etc.
* be able to talk on Skype when required
* be an independent worker, able to figure things out on own.
* BE experienced

We are basically looking for someone who can be a part of our team, understand our work and make contributions over a long period of time. Please do not apply if you are not interested in long term assignment. We do not want to train someone so you must be experienced in article writing and submissions.
