Customer Service:
• Responding to all customer inquiries (order or fulfillment, inquiry from
• responding to all positive and negative product reviews.
• various administrative tasks as needed.
• Turning every customer interaction into a chance to recruit new members
• maintaining our member tracking sheet, establishing relationships with new members, coordinating product giveaways, processing reimbursements, administering surveys & collecting feedback.
• Reaching out to influencers on YouTube and establishing and then negotiating product videos.
Qualifications
• Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's/College Degree, Post Graduate Diploma / Master's Degree, any field.
• At least 1-2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
