JOB OVERVIEW

Customer Service:
• Responding to all customer inquiries (order or fulfillment, inquiry from Upgrade to see actual info, social media channels, and our website)
• responding to all positive and negative product reviews.
• various administrative tasks as needed.
• Turning every customer interaction into a chance to recruit new members
• maintaining our member tracking sheet, establishing relationships with new members, coordinating product giveaways, processing reimbursements, administering surveys & collecting feedback.
• Reaching out to influencers on YouTube and establishing and then negotiating product videos.

Qualifications
• Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's/College Degree, Post Graduate Diploma / Master's Degree, any field.
• At least 1-2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Experience with Upgrade to see actual info, and working with influencers
• Voice, chat and email support experience preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly personable and engaging
• Proficient in MS Office Applications
• Detail oriented and works with a high degree of accuracy
• Solid organizational skills
• Excellent time management skills
• Willing to be trained
• Willing to work on Night Shift
