SEO Specialist

As an SEO Specialist, your job responsibilities include:
1. Reviewing and analyzing client sites for areas that can be improved and optimized;
2. Preparing detailed strategy reports;
3. Identifying powerful keywords to drive the most valuable traffic;
4. Filling websites and other content with effective keywords ·
5. Developing link building strategies;
6. Analysing keywords and SEO techniques used by competitors;
7. Keeping updated on both white hat and black hat SEO strategies to avoid stay within search engine guidelines;
8. Compiling and presenting SEO guidelines;

SEO Skill Set:
1. Experience with Google and Bing’s services, including Analytics and Webmaster Tools
2. Experience with Google’s Keyword Tool · A functional understanding of HTML and CSS
3. The ability to work with back-end SEO elements such as .htaccess, robots.txt, metadata, site speed optimization, and related skills
4. Proven success in natural link building
5. Know how to do split-testing similar pages
6. The ability to deploy an effective local and long-tail search strategy
7. A deep understanding of mobile strategy and how it relates to SEO
8. A solid grasp of how blogging, press releases, social media, and related strategies go hand-in-hand with SEO
9. Experience in building inbound organic search traffic and improving SERPs
10. A background in creating reports showing web analytics data and site evaluations
11. An up-to-date, working knowledge of current, past, and projected trends in the SEO industry
12. Familiarity with the best tools in the trade

Qualifications:
1. 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
2. Superb training and development skills
3. Strong analytical and communication skills
4. Proven success in SEO
5. Critical thinker and has excellent problems solving skills
